Returns
- You may return any unused and undamaged product within 5 days of the delivery date for an exchange. To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@Saharasole.co or Saharasoleofficial@gmail.com or chat us via our WhatsApp link on our page with your order number, the reason for the return.
Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a shipping address to send the product back to us. Please make sure the product is in its original packaging and has all the tags and accessories included.
Refunds
- Please note that we have a non-refundable policy and only exchange products based on designs and product colours available on our shelves.
Exchanges Only
If you wish to exchange your product for a different color or style, please email our customer service team at info@Saharasole.co or Saharasoleofficial@gmail.com within 2days of the delivery date. We will provide you with a shipping address to send the product back to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the new product to you at a given delivery cost.
